Our picture day has been moved to this coming Monday right after school.  We switched with softball's time slot and will go at 3:20 so the varsity can still make their bus at 3:40 to All Pro Freight Stadium for our scrimmage.

Baseball Picture Day

All,

Spring Sports Picture Day is Friday March 18th put on by Thomas & Thomas Photography.  Our scheduled picture time for team and individual pictures is from 3:45PM to 4:05PM.  We will distribute uniforms next week so you will have it to wear on picture day.  Additionally, if you have interest in purchasing an old jersey, let me know.  I will be taking an inventory of jerseys and will have some for sale.

Bay Baseball Players Participation during Faculty In-service this Friday

Parents,

I have been approached by Assistant Principal Mr. Ereditatio, to volunteer the baseball players as a student body for our in-service this Friday.  Mr. Ereditario spoke with the boys this morning (and will speak with the Freshman this afternoon) regarding the in service.  In short, we will be practicing some safety drills in coordination with the Bay Village Police Department.  It is very important that you read the waiver and sign it in order for your son´s participation.  If you don´t get a copy, please contact me and I will email it out to you.  Please remember to ask your son about it today after school.

Bay Baseball Upcoming Events

All,

We will be conditioning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday after school for 30-45 minutes.  If the weather looks decent, we may go outside so make sure you have outdoor gear.

Official start date is Monday, February 22nd

The Bay Rocket Athletic Boosters are hosting a private fundraiser for “adults only” at Wine & Design in Rocky River on Thursday, January 28 at 6pm.  Booster patrons will have the opportunity to spend time with their friends while creating wonderful artwork.

"Snoball Run"
The Bay Rocket Athletic Boosters are sponsoring the "Rocket Snoball 5K Race/Walk" & "1-Mile Fun Run".  Get a long-sleeved, cotton T-shirt and a hot pancake breakfast with hot chocolate! 
The Snoball Run is Saturday, February 20 at 9am.  Race forms are available in the athletic office or you can register online at http://www.hermescleveland.com/roadracing/events/snoballrun.asp.  Any student can designate a high school sport and $5 of his/her registration fee will go into that team's rotary account.  There will be a special award for most spirited/best costume runner or walker.  Packet pickup is at the Bay High School west hallway on Friday, February 19 from 3-7pmand Saturday morning (race day) beginning at 7:30am.
